In the afternoon of September 26th, Jinhua City Residential Project Common Quality Problems Control and "Zheli Building" Application Promotion Site Meeting was held in the urban village renovation project of Jindong District's Tantutan Block of Pearl Construction Group. Mr. Xu Chunlai, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of Jinhua Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, Mr. Hua Tao, vice mayor of Jindong District, delivered a speech, Mr. Lv Bin, director of the Quality Development Department of Jinhua Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Mr. Lv Junping, chairman of the board of directors of Jindong Urban Construction and Investment Group, Mr. Chen Fusheng, chairman of the board of directors of Pearl Construction Group, Mr. Qiu Liming, president of Blue City Lodging Construction and Management Group, and Mr. Lu Yiqi, general manager of Zhejiang Zhiyuan Construction and Management Co. attended the meeting and took a seat on the podium.

On-site Observation

The meeting was divided into two stages: on-site observation and on-site meeting. Pearl Construction Group is one of the participating units in the control standard of common quality problems of residential projects in Zhejiang Province. The urban village renovation project in Tantutan block of Jindong District took the main line of "Control Standard for Common Problems in Residential Engineering Quality" as the main line, and implemented the Notice on Further Strengthening the Quality Management of Residential Engineering by Jinhua Municipal Construction Bureau as the guideline, so as to control the common problems of quality of the secondary structure of concrete engineering, decoration engineering, installation engineering and so on and make the quality of engineering quality improved significantly. In addition, the project "zheli build" the use of various modes has reached 100%, all kinds of acceptance, daily inspection, rectification are implemented paperless online processing, large equipment data into the system, the process of data, test reports, acceptance data flow, from the start of the project to the end of the implementation of the whole process of closed-loop management.

Through on-site observation, the leaders and representatives of the meeting highly appreciated the practice and experience of Pearl Construction Group in improving the quality of the construction projects, accelerating the application of "Zheli Construction" system to realize the digital reform and empowerment, and expressed that they had benefited a lot from the experience and had made a worthwhile trip.

On-site Meeting

The on-site meeting was hosted by Wu Junfeng, Director of Construction Industry Department of Jinhua Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. Hua Tao, vice mayor of Jindong District, firstly delivered a speech, in which he hoped that the majority of construction enterprises would learn from the sample site, strengthen the quality of common problem control, accelerate the digital empowerment construction process, and create people's satisfaction with the high-quality and high-quality projects.

Construction unit Jindong City Construction Investment Group, on behalf of the construction unit Blue City Lodging Construction Management Group Co., Ltd. and supervision unit Zhejiang Zhiyuan Engineering Management Co. Pearl Construction Group Deputy General Manager Teng Rongqian spoke on behalf of the construction unit, focusing on the Tan Toutan block of urban village renovation project on the project quality of common control problems and Zheli building application to promote some of the basic situation and practice experience.

Huang Changjin, director of Jinhua Quality and Safety General Station, informed the first half of the city's project quality supervision. Jinhua Municipal Bureau of Housing and Construction Deputy Director Xu Chunlai finally stressed at the meeting that we should take multiple measures and innovative methods to promote the experience and methods of Pearl Construction Group to control the common problems of residential project quality, accelerate the application of Zelijian to promote and digitalize the process of reform, and realize the empowerment of science and technology.

More than 200 people attended the meeting, including the persons in charge of construction bureaus, quality and safety stations, construction associations, safety associations, supervision associations of all counties (cities and districts) of Jinhua, enterprises with qualifications of Class I of housing construction and Class A or above of supervision, and persons in charge of construction, building and supervision enterprises of the projects under construction in the second ring road of Jinhua City. The on-site meeting was also webcast live, and the number of viewers reached 158,700 people.
