Project Overview

Pearl Construction Group and Blue City Real Estate Construction Management Group Co., Ltd. formed a consortium, won the bid to build the Yongkang Nanyuan block of old city renovation and resettlement of the second section of the project, the project is divided into two parcels of land, with an estimated total investment of about 692.48 million yuan.

1、Yongkang Nanyuan block old city renovation resettlement plot NY06-02 plot: land area of 18000 square meters, resettlement housing total construction area of about 80,640 square meters, the ground floor construction area of about 50,400 square meters.

2, Yongkang Nanyuan block old city renovation resettlement plot NYO6-08 Lot: the land area is 16,182 square meters, the total construction area of resettlement house is about 77,673.6 square meters, and the above ground construction area is about 48,546 square meters.
