In the morning of November 5, the review meeting of postdoctoral topics of Tianjin University and Pearl Construction Group was held in Pearl Construction Group Hangzhou Branch (Postdoctoral Workstation). Attending this review meeting are: Prof. Chen Chunlai of Zhejiang University City College (as the head of the examination team), Prof. Liu Hongbo of Tianjin University (as the tutor and video participant), Chairman of the board of directors of the group company, Prof. Chen Fusheng (as the tutor), Post-doctoral Fellow Wang Yanjie (the topic opener), as well as the experts of the group company, Prof. Shen Linwei and Senior Engineer Teng Rongqian, and the meeting was presided over by Shen Zaiming, the deputy manager of the Engineering Department and the supervisor of the post-doctoral workstation. The meeting was hosted by Shen Zaiming, Deputy Manager of Engineering Department and Supervisor of Postdoctoral Workstation.

Mr. Chen delivered a welcome speech at the meeting. He said that the group has always attached great importance to the work of technological innovation, focusing on increasing investment in R & D, enhance the strength of R & D, so that the enterprise brand, scale, cost advantage is obvious, but there is still a gap with the advanced construction enterprises, the company therefore set up a postdoctoral workstation, and Tianjin University to carry out cooperation between the university and the enterprise, the joint enrollment of postdoctoral students, and jointly carry out technological innovation and R & D work.

Mr. Chen emphasized that according to the planning, the Group will take new products, new techniques and new technologies as the main research and development direction, focusing on the development of high-quality, high-performance, differentiated and high value-added construction products, practically solving the technological innovation problems, improving the level of construction management and technology, upgrading the quality of construction works, and promoting the overall enhancement of the Group's technological research and development strength in the form of a point to take the whole area.

Finally, Mr. Chen hoped to strengthen the technical and academic exchanges between postdoctoral fellows and enterprise technology researchers, to stimulate the research and development enthusiasm of professional and technical personnel for learning and exploring, to make the postdoctoral research results grasped by more technical personnel, to promote the transformation and application of scientific research results, and to build the postdoctoral workstation into a high-level workstation.

Wang Yanjie, a postdoctoral fellow, then made an opening report on the topic of "Research on the interfacial bonding performance between FRP reinforcement and concrete after high temperature" (due to the epidemic, a video conference was used). The assessment team composed of supervisors and experts made detailed inquiries about this research topic and finally formed an assessment opinion: this topic meets the relevant requirements of postdoctoral project research and agreed to pass the opening. The meeting was a complete success!
